Congratulations to Dr. Ahmed R. Fahmy on successfully completing his PhD  [02.05.23]

The entire team would like to congratulate Dr. Ahmed Fahmy for successfully completing his PhD on the topic of "3D printing and texture modulation of cereal matrices" and thus obtaining the title of Doctor of Engineering. Dr. Fahmy completed his doctorate at the Chair of Brewing and Beverage Technology at the Technical University of Munich. It was a pleasure for us to be present at the defense-presentation and to be able to celebrate the new title. We wish Dr. Fahmy continued success, numerous innovative ideas, and look forward to working together to develop forward-looking foods at the University of Hohenheim.
