The 21st European Young Scientists and Technologists Workshop took place from June 3 to June 5, 2024, in Lisbon. Robert Fribus, a doctoral candidate in the Department of Plant-Based Foods under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Mario Jekle, represented the University of Hohenheim. He impressed the participants with his presentation on "Texture Modulation of 3D Printed Starch-Based Matrices: Microstructuring Through In-Situ Foaming" and received a Golden Award.
