We welcome Associate Professor Dr. Alireza Yousefi as a Guest Researcher in our team. Prof. Dr. Yousefi will be working in te fields of rheology, functional properties of polysaccharides, as well as food nanotechnology. The entire team is looking forward to the collaboration and is excited about the research findings.
