We welcome Mr. Seuring and Mr. Hahnemann as scientific staff members in our team, which now includes a total of 9 PhD candidates!
Jakob is dedicated to his project "Structure Formation Using Mycoproteins for Vegan Cheese Alternatives," focusing on the development of vegan cheese alternatives using mycoproteins.
Viktor is delving into "QuiPack: Integrative Food Packaging Innovation for Bioeconomic Sustainability" in collaboration with the Institute of Physiology of Yield Stability.
We look forward to working together to explore the innovative cheese alternatives and sustainable packaging solutions.
