New member of the department: Welcome Jagoda Swiacka!  [23.04.22]

We welcome Ms. Jagoda Swiacka from the TU Berlin as a research assistant in our team. She will be working on the development of technological acrylamide reduction strategies in baked goods. We look forward to work together and improve food safety.
