New member of the department: Welcome Robert Fribus!  [05.04.23]

We are very pleased to welcome Robert Fribus as a research assistant in our Plant-based Foods team. His field of research includes the development of texturing methods for food materials. The whole team, especially Ahmed Fahmy, is looking forward to working together and producing impressive research outcomes with Robert Fribus.
