New member of the department: Welcome Silvan Festini!  [08.12.22]

We kindly welcome Mr. Silvan Festini as a research assistant in our team. He will be working on strategies for fermentative structure formation in fruit preparations. We look forward to work together and improve the quality of fruit fillings and jams!
