We are growning scientifically and as a team: Welcome Katrin, Jana und Louisa!

We are excited to report three new team members joining our dynamic team, each bringing unique skills and a passion for plant-based innovations.

  • Katrin Stumpe, our new chemical-technical assistant, brings extensive knowledge and fresh perspectives to the world of plant-based foods.
  • Jana Kant, who stayed with us after completing her master's studies, will be researching climate-compatible cereal crops.
  • Louisa Wötzel, who has just completed her master's studies in our department, is working on the project on the functionalization of yeast protein from by-products of the fermentation and brewing industry.

Fascinating times are ahead as we work together, create innovations, and lay the groundwork for a more sustainable future.
